Refund policy

We hope that you love everything you have purchased from SBG, but if something does not work out or you are unhappy with an item(s), select the option that best suits your needs! We offer store credit or exchanges on all returns. Absolutely no refunds. 

What can I return?

Unworn apparel with original tags attached and footwear in the original box or items with gift receipts. All items must be UNWASHED, UNWORN, UNALTERED, FREE OF MAKEUP, DEODERANT, PERFUME, OR OTHER STAINS AND ODORS. 

What do I need?

All items must have the original tags attached and your original receipt, gift receipt, or packing slip. Eligible returns are for store credit only. We do not issue refunds to original forms of payment. This applies to orders being cancelled, as well as duplicate orders that might have been placed. Credit issued for returns EXPIRES AFTER 6 MONTHS. NO EXCEPTIONS. Items purchased using return credit, discounts, clearance items, holiday and seasonal items will be FINAL SALE

If any return fails to meet these requirements, they will be sent back to the customer and refused as store credit or exchange. 

How long will this take?

Returns made in-store are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends). If your return has not been processed in that time, please do not hesitate to reach out to us! 

How long do I have to make a return?

Returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of the order fulfillment date, the same day the order is picked up, or 10 days from the date the package is delivered to your address. Returns that fail to meet these time criteria are subject to a restocking fee at our discretion. 

What if my return was purchased originally from the app?

CommentSold (app) returns are processed separately from in-store and website returns. You will only be issued a CommentSold (app) credit for CommentSold (app) returns. Our website/in-store and our app are unfortunately not linked and have separate rewards programs. 

What if my package was lost by USPS or UPS?

We are not responsible for the carelessness of postal workers. If your package is lost or taking longer to arrive than expected, please be patient as it may show up later than expected! You can always call your local post office for further assistance in tracking your package. 

What if my package was stolen by thieves or porch pirates?

Please contact the police! If you file a police report and bring it to your local post office, they will (most likely) get you a refund for your order. 

What if I return a lot of items?

We try to be as understanding as humanly possible! If a super excessive amount of returns are made, please keep in mind that your account could be banned from purchasing online permanently. You are always more than welcome to come try on the items in-store before making a purchase!

What if I don't agree with this policy?

We try to be as helpful as possible! You can always keep your items or gift them to family and friends. We know we cannot please everyone, but please be kind <3 We are human just like you! And as always, thank you so much for supporting this woman-owned, small family business, babe!
