Unfortunately we cannot hold items for customers unless they are purchased. All items are available for purchase in-store, online, and on our app. If an item is held for a customer, that item could be sold online or on our app. If you really want an item, please purchase!

Local Pickup orders are usually fulfilled within 24 to 48 hours. If orders are placed between Friday at 1:00pm and Sunday, they will not be ready until Monday.

Shipping orders are processed within 48 to 72 hours, excluding weekends. This does not include the time it takes USPS or UPS to ship your package.

Shipping times can be calculated by adding the processing time PLUS the estimated time it takes for the mail carrier to deliver your package.

If you need your order sent out ASAP, PLEASE give us a call! We are more than happy to accommodate rushed orders, but we can't rush them if we don't know :) All other orders get packaged and sent in chronological order.

Local orders that need to be returned can be processed in-store. Shipping orders require a return form and must be sent back to us. To request our form, please email us at customerservice@sistersboutiqueandgifts.net

Unworn apparel and footwear with original tags attached or items with gift receipts.

All items must be UNWASHED, UNWORN, UNALTERED, FREE OF MAKEUP, DEODERANT, PERFUME, OR OTHER STAINS AND ODORS.

All items must have the original tags attached and your original receipt, gift receipt,
or invoice.

Returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of the fulfillment date, the same day the
item is picked up, or 10 days from the date your package is delivered to your address. Returns that fail to meet these time criteria are subject to a restocking fee at our discretion.

 

Eligible returns are for store credit only. We do not issue refunds to original forms of
payment. This applies to orders being cancelled, as well as duplicate orders. Credit issued for returns EXPIRES AFTER 6 MONTHS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Items purchased using return credit will be FINAL SALE.

CommentSold (app) returns are processed separately from in-store and website returns. You
will only be issued a CommentSold (app) credit for CommentSold (app) returns.
Our website and app are unfortunately not linked and have separate rewards programs.

Returns made in-store are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends)

If your return has not been processed in that time, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

Orders that are cancelled after 12 hours of fulfillment will be charged a 20% restocking
fee

If a discount is used at checkout (sale, clearance, store credit, etc.) that item is FINAL SALE

If any return does not meet these requirements, they will be sent back to the customer and refused as store credit or exchange.

We try to be as understanding as humanly possible! If a super excessive amount of returns are made, please keep in mind that your account could be banned from purchasing online permanently. You are always welcome to come try on the items in-store before making any purchase!

Please contact the police! If you file a police report and bring it to your local post office, they will (most likely) get you a refund for those items.

We are not responsible for the carelessness of postal workers. If you package is lost, please be patient as it might show up later than expected! You can always contact your local post office for further assistance.

We try to be as helpful as possible! You can always keep your items or gift them! We know we cannot please everyone, but please be kind <3 We are human just like you! And thank you for supporting our small, family business, babe!
