Our website/in-store e-gift cards available to purchase in-store and online. Physical gift cards must be purchased in-store or over the phone. You can call us at (830)393-7993.
Our app is a completely separate platform, and gift cards for the app are available for purchase on the app only.

Please email customerservice@sistersboutiqueandgifts.net if you'd like to cancel your order. We are only able to cancel orders if the order has not already been fulfilled or shipped. Please keep in mind that we try to ship out packages as quickly as possible so requests for cancellations should be sent as soon as possible.

Orders can be combined ONLY if the orders in question have not yet been fulfilled and shipped. To check the status of our order and inquire about combining orders, please us via phone or email during normal operating hours and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We typically ship our orders within 3 business days, excluding weekends. Orders that fall around or on holidays may take longer depending on the increased amount of orders coming into our warehouse.

We hold onto your local pickup orders for as long as you need us to, even if it takes a couple of months to make the trip to our store!

We are more than happy to ship out your package if you are unable to pickup your order in-store. You can call us at (830)393-7993 to receive an estimated shipping cost for your package.

If you can, please let them know the order number of the packages you are picking up so none get missed.
