We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and fashion-loving Assistant Manager to join our team!
This role is 4–5 days a week with flexible scheduling, but does require at least one weekend day.
What you’ll do:
💖 Provide an exceptional in-store experience - greeting customers, offering styling help, and making everyone feel welcome.
🛍️ Oversee daily store operations - opening/closing, merchandising, restocking, and keeping displays beautiful.
📦 Assist with inventory - displaying new arrivals, organizing backstock, and managing floor flow.
📸 Support social media and marketing - help with product photos, photograph happy customers, etc.
👗 Lead by example - motivate your team, uphold store standards, and maintain a positive, upbeat atmosphere.
💬 Communicate effectively with owners and team members to ensure smooth, happy days at the boutique.
